What makes Red Rock RV Park a great base for Yellowstone National Park camping?
Check-in time is from noon and prior to 6 PM. No Late Check-ins. Check out time is 11AM. You could be charged an additional day if you are substantially later than that as we might have people waiting to park in your site. Please check with us if you have a problem with leaving prior to 11 AM. For our Tiny Home guests, check-in time is 4 – 8PM. No Pets Allowed in Tiny Home. If a pet is discovered, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
How does RV camping at Yellowstone compare to staying at a nearby RV park?
Check-out is 12:00 noon. If you’d like to extend, swing by the office before 10 a.m.—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

The entire park is a 5 MPH zone. Gas or electric ATVs and golf carts aren’t allowed, so please plan on parking and walking once you’re here.
How far in advance should I book my Yellowstone camping RV park stay?
Sorry—no. Rugs and mats kill the grass, so we ask that you keep them off the ground.
Is Red Rock RV Park pet-friendly?
Yes—complimentary Wi-Fi covers the entire park. You’ll receive an access code at check-in (one device = one code). To keep speeds up for everyone, please limit heavy streaming and disconnect devices when not in use; connections cap at 200 devices during peak hours.
Is there a military discount?
All refunds are subject to campground discretion. For RV and tent sites, we require a two-night deposit plus a $5.00 booking fee to secure your reservation. If you cancel prior to 15 full calendar days before your scheduled arrival, you will be refunded your deposit on your credit card, less a $25 cancellation fee plus the $5.00 booking fee per site. If you are within that 15-day time you will forfeit the entire deposit. Reservations made for 30 days or more will require a 30-day notice of a cancellation. Reservations made for 30 or more days require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Monthly Specials require a 25% deposit, the balance is required 60 days prior to arrival date, both are non-refundable. The deposit does not include the 8% state tax nor the extra charges for additional guests and extra vehicles. If you have paid the $100.00 Fee to Lock in your site #, it is non refundable no matter when you cancel.
For the Tiny Home and Airstream, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If you cancel prior to 30 days of arrival, we will refund your full payment less a one night stay. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your payment.
