No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
- SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by Open Road Resorts, ORR Topco LP, with a principal place of business at 14 Meadowlake Drive, Heath, TX 75032 (“Sponsor”).
- ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on March 31, 2026 at 12:01 AM CDT and ends on April 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT (“Entry Period”).
- HOW TO ENTER
Eligible individuals who complete the designated survey during the Entry Period will automatically receive one entry into the drawing. Limit one entry per person/email address.
- WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 21, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- PRIZE
Each winner will receive one (1) complimentary seven-night stay (RV Site only) at a participating Open Road Resorts property.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): [$1,015].
Prize details:
- Valid for standard RV site or comparable accommodation
- Subject to availability
- Blackout dates may apply
- Must be redeemed by 9/30/26
- Not transferable
- No cash value
- Taxes and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of winner
- REDEMPTION
Winner will receive a single-use promotional code or phone number to book. Code must be applied at time of booking. Lost or expired codes will not be replaced.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winner will be notified via email at the address provided. If winner does not respond within 3 days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation or use of prize.
- PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
